ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The North County Police Cooperative said they have “coordinated an opportunity with the FBI” for an independent review of a fatal officer-involved shooting.

The shooting happened in the 3300 block of Welsberg Dr. around midnight on Wednesday.
