A Tulsa man has been arrested in connection with a crash Tuesday afternoon on U.S. 412 that left a 41-year-old woman dead, according to Sand Springs Police.

Enrique Rico Bustamante, 41, was taken into custody Friday at his home, police said in a news release, on complaints of negligent homicide and obstruction with an ICE hold.

Evidence reportedly indicates Bustamante was driving the vehicle at the time of the crash, despite claiming that he was not. Police added that Bustamante does not have a U.S. driver's license.

The victim pronounced dead at the scene of the crash was identified by police as Amanda Ramirez, 41, of Tulsa.
