SPRING HILL, Fla. (WFLA) — A Spring Hill man was arrested Friday after deputies said he boarded a Hernando County School District bus and threatened the driver.
Hernando County deputies said Alvon Corley, 35, boarded the bus that his child takes and was stopped to pick up students near the intersection of Anderson Snow Road and Edward R. Noll Drive around 8:45 a.m.
The bus driver repeatedly asked Corley to get off the bus; however, deputies said he refused and continued to stand in the doorway, preventing the bus from continuing its route.
Corley then "directed profane language toward both the bus driver and the bus attendant," Hernando deputies said.
Witnesses told deputies that when Corley was told law enforcement would be contacted, he said, "I'll go back and get my (expletive) gun.
