Arkansas State Police and U.S. marshals on Thursday evening arrested the fourth and final suspect identified in an April shooting at a Conway park that killed two people and wounded nine, according to a news release from Conway police.
Marshals and state police SWAT officers arrested Kemarie Johnson, 19, of Conway in Pine Bluff on Thursday evening, the release states. He faces two counts of capital murder, nine of attempted murder and one of terrorism.
Johnson was one of four suspects Conway police named during a late-April news conference about the April 13 shooting at Fifth Avenue Park and another shooting at the University of Central Arkansas. He was 18 at the time of the park shooting, which killed Tatayana Penister, 24, of England and Demetrius Feemster, 23, of Little Rock.
