Musician Lil Nas X was recently taken into police custody after a bizarre incident in which he walked around in underwear during the wee hours of the night.

The “Old Town Road” singer was arrested early yesterday morning after being found wandering the streets of Los Angeles, according to CNN .

The Los Angeles Police Department responded to reports of a naked man just before 6 a.m. The officers said the man, later discovered to be Lil Nas X, charged at them them when they arrived on the scene, according to the report.

Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, was transported to a local hospital for a possible drug overdose and placed under arrest for battery on a police officer at the Valley Jail in Van Nuys, per the report.
