Helicopter tourism company Rainbow Air has been offering a view of Niagara Falls like no other since 1995.

Now, as Rainbow Air settles into its new $25 million home off the beaten path in an industrial stretch of Niagara Falls, the company is betting that a better ride in bigger and quieter helicopters, as well as new attractions at its home base, can overcome a tough location and a big drop in international visitors.

The company’s new facility on Acheson Drive marks a major investment in its future, offering a more scenic route directly over the water, upgraded amenities like virtual reality experiences, and soon, an interactive exhibit space.
