Of the six men charged with assaulting former Coyotes hockey player Paul Bissonnette, one has accepted a plea deal.
Four of the accused attackers were offered plea deals . John Carroll accepted the agreement and pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated assault.
On Nov. 24, 2024, Bisonnette was waiting for food at Houston's Steak House near McDonald Drive and Scottsdale Road when he noticed Daley and Carroll acting aggressively toward the restaurant’s manager, prosecutors said.
Bissonnette intervened, and the defendants became violent, according to prosecutors.
The four men began attacking Bissonnette in the restaurant before following him into the parking lot, where the altercation continued until Bissonnette was able to get away, according to the Maricopa County Attorney's Offic
