A 'devastated' family claim they were 'scammed' out of £1,800 - when their five-star Loveholidays resort advertised pools, play areas and facilities that 'did not exist'. Gemma Lane and Nicholas Preston stayed at the hotel in Antalya, Turkey last month with their 19-month-old baby Louis after booking a package deal with Loveholidays.

The couple chose the 'family-friendly' hotel for its array of children's facilities including outdoor and indoor pools, play park and Smurf Village. However, upon arriving at the resort on July 2, the pair said it was clear they had been 'mis-sold' the all-inclusive, luxury hotel that was advertised online - as it looked 'nothing like the photos'.
