The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga shared new details about what led up to the lockdown of thousands of students and staff on Thursday. Police said that the call reporting the active shooter came into Hamilton County's 911 Center midday. According to investigators, the caller sounded like a man, reporting that there was a white male with an AR-15 at the university's library. The call in total lasted six minutes.
