BELTON, Texas — The City of Belton welcomed a new family to the community on Friday, Aug. 22, hosting a groundbreaking for their new, mortgage-free home.

According to the City, Army Private Christopher Justiniano and his family are receiving a new, mortgage-free home thanks to Pulte Homes, one of the largest homebuilders in the country.

The Justiniano family will receive their new home through the company's Built to Honor program, which provides mortgage-free homes to veterans living with disabilities from their military service, the City said.

Belton Mayor David K. Leigh spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony, welcoming the new family to the community and thanking the Pulte Group and Centex Homes for making the event possible.
