BIRMINGHAM, Ala. —

The Birmingham Stallions are staying in the Magic City for the time being.

After giving fans a bit of a scare on social media this month , Mike Repole, UFL operations manager, told WJOX Friday morning that the "Stallions will play there next March."

Fans expressed their excitement about the news. David Jolly from Birmingham said, "I believe it's a good thing to get this team to stay here." He added, "I just think everybody should get out there, including myself, support the team a little bit more, and recognize what we have in this city."
