Suzette Hall, the founder of a California rescue called Logan’s Legacy 29 , gets constant calls about stray pups roaming the streets of Southern California, hoping a kind hooman will lend a hand.
Still, one day, she picked up a call that felt different from the rest.
A Good Samaritan told Hall they had found not one but three sweet pups wandering an abandoned property in Compton, and the dogs refused to leave each other’s side.
Rescue Team Sets A Plan
As soon as Hall heard the details, she knew this would be a tough rescue. Catching one frightened pup is hard enough, let alone three at once.
Even so, she understood she needed a solid approach, since she was their only shot.
“It was beyond heartbreaking to see. They are all so tiny,” Hall wrote on Facebook .
