FARGO — The playmakers, specifically quarterback and running back, are the least of the concerns of the University of South Dakota going into this season. Aidan Bouman is one of the top returning throwers in Division I FCS and USD has explosive ball carrier Charles Pierre Jr. behind him.

But it won’t do any good if Bouman is running for his life and Pierre Jr. runs into a defensive line before the line of scrimmage. Replacing the offensive line will be paramount if the Coyotes are going to make another deep run in the FCS playoffs.
