It’s no “Love Shack,” but now you too can own a piece of The B-52s ’ rich history as singer Kate Pierson has put her Woodstock, New York cabin up for sale. Sorry, there’s seemingly no pond or an accompanying “Rock Lobster” on the property.

The aptly-titled, three-bed, two-bath Kate’s Lazy Cabin (which the singer co-owns with her wife, visual artist Monica Coleman) is settled on two acres at 40 Mink Hollow Road. The single-family residence was built in 1951 and is said to “radiate eclectic soul, bold personality, and a deep connection to creativity — just like the town it calls home.”
