MARION COUNTY, Fla. – A fatal crash Saturday morning on U.S. 441 in Marion County forced a shutdown near McIntosh, according to the sheriff’s office.
The crash occurred in the 22500 block of N Highway 441, forcing a northbound traffic closure, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office said before 11 a.m. on social media .
Drivers were urged to use caution and to follow the instructions of law enforcement officers directing traffic.
The Florida Highway Patrol is still said to be investigating the crash.
