The Conseil scolaire du Grand Nord has announced the appointment of Marie-Eve Pépin as its new director of communications.

With more than two decades of experience in communications, public relations, and strategic leadership, Pépin brings a wealth of expertise to the role, the board said in a release. She has worked for Radio-Canada, the Office of the French Language Services Commissioner, Collège Boréal, Sudbury and Laurentian Universities, and Place des Arts du Grand Sudbury.

In addition, she has led teams, advised senior leaders, and developed high-impact provincial and national campaigns, the board said.

In the private sector, Pépin has spearheaded projects across the French-language education continuum, from early childhood to post-secondary and adult learning.
