Lil Nas X ditched his tighty-whities before being hospitalized and arrested , a new video shows.

In shocking footage obtained by TMZ , the “Rodeo” rapper, 26, could be seen walking down the middle of the road completely naked, shouting song lyrics and making hand gestures as cars passed by.

He then turned and walked toward the person recording the video for a full frontal view as he sang Nicki Minaj’s lyrics from Kanye West’s 2010 hit “Monster.”

A rep for the rapper did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
