No tickets were sold matching all six numbers in the latest drawing of the multi-state Mega Millions lottery, pushing the estimated jackpot for Tuesday’s drawing to $253 million.

A ticket with five numbers, but missing the Mega number, was sold in North Carolina and is worth $2 million, according to the Mega Millions Consortium, which conducts the game. The amount is based on the ticket’s multiplier multiplied by 1 million and can range from $2 million to $10 million.

The numbers drawn Friday were 18, 30, 44, 48, 50 and the Mega number was 12. The estimated jackpot was $234 million.

It was the 16th drawing since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold.

The odds of matching all five numbers and the Mega number is 1 in 290,472,336, according to the Mega Millions Consortium.
