JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — A Jamestown man is facing multiple charges after police say he intentionally drove into oncoming traffic and struck another vehicle head-on during a domestic dispute.

The Jamestown Police Department said officers responded to a motor vehicle accident at the Dollar General on Winsor Street around 5 p.m. Saturday. Investigators later determined that the driver — identified as 23-year-old Jorge L. Rivera — deliberately hit the victim's vehicle in an attempt to stop them.

Police said the victim’s vehicle contained three juveniles, in addition to the victim. No injuries were reported.

Rivera was taken into custody without incident and taken to Jamestown City Jail, where he was being held pending arraignment.
