AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 33-year-old man wanted for aggravated assault.

Billy Cowart III is currently wanted in reference to an incident that occurred Saturday on the 5000 block of Wheeler Lake Road.

He is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds.

Cowart has an outstanding warrant through the agency for aggravated assault.

He drives the white 2003 Chevrolet Silverado pictured above.
