BAYCHESTER, The Bronx (WABC) -- One person was killed and four others were injured in a shooting during a basketball tournament in the Bronx.

It happened around 7:30 p.m. Saturday in Haffen Park off Gunther Ave in Baychester.

It is not clear how many shooters there may have been or how many shots were fired, but police shut down the entire nine-acre park on Saturday night and have marked dozens of pieces of evidence that may include shell casings that landed both inside and outside the park.

Bullets struck five people including a 30-year-old man who was pronounced dead at Jacobi Hospital. The other victims range in age from 17 to 42 -- two are male and two are female.
