At 3:32 p.m., officers responded to a domestic dispute on the 3600 block of South Mendenhall Road.
MPD says a male suspect fled the scene in a 2008 Honda Civic with a Wisconsin tag, with a male and female juvenile inside the car.

Officers made the scene and discovered the same male suspect from the earlier incident with a two-year-old boy and a one-year-old girl, who were transported to the hospital, both in critical condition.
The one-year-old girl was later upgraded to non-critical condition.
