Meet the four finalists hoping to be raising a glass to celebrate being crowned Sunday Mail Pub of the Year award. ‌

It is the most coveted mirror in the whole of Scotland – and it will soon be hanging proudly on the wall of the 2025 winner. ‌

Thousands of nominations were received from readers keen for their favourite watering hole to win the title, awarded last year to the Smokin’ Fox in Glasgow. ‌

The overall winner will be announced at the Scottish Bar and Pub Awards , at a black-tie Oscar-themed ceremony at Glasgow’s Hilton Double tree hotel on Tuesday night.

Today we reveal our four finalists after a nationwide search for the best bar none. ‌

Four Marys, in Linlithgow, Glasgow’s MacSorley’s, The Anglers from Annan and ­Edinburgh’s Athletic Arms are hoping
