With the placement of 200 tons of asphalt on Trunk Road 8 in the Urdaneta municipality (Barbacoas), the plan for the comprehensive restoration of roads in southern Aragua began. This initiative seeks to ensure safer and more fluid mobility for the population, while also improving access for agricultural producers, in an effort to reactivate the economy in this productive region of the state.
The work, carried out by crews from the state-owned Vías de Aragua company, will be carried out in phases, initially addressing strategic sections of the roads, prioritizing those areas with the greatest deterioration and traffic volume, as part of the regional road infrastructure maintenance and modernization agenda.
