FAYETTEVILLE -- The University of Arkansas men's basketball program continues to be mentioned as finalists for some of the top talent in the nation this week.

ESPN 4-star and small forward Abdou Toure announced his top seven of Arkansas, Connecticut,, Maryland, Florida State, Oregon, Louisville and Providence on Wednesday.

He told the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette in early August he was "100%" taking an official visit to Arkansas and would announce a date later.

Toure, 6-5, 185 pounds, of West Haven (Conn.) Notre Dame, visited the Razorbacks Coach John Calipari and staff for the Lipscomb game last November.

He has scholarship offers from Arkansas, Kansas, Maryland, Ole Miss, Washington, Utah, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Arizona State, Stanford, Alabama, Louisville, Texas A&M, Oregon, Providence,
