A major A-road in Paignton is currently closed following a crash this afternoon (Sunday, August 24).

The A3022 is closed due to a crash at Tarraway Road.

Roads and traffic monitoring site, Inrix, reported the crash at 4.57pm.

It said: "A3022 Torquay Road in both directions closed, slow traffic due to accident at Tarraway Road."

The extent of the crash is not known at this time.

Emergency services have been contacted for further information.
