A burglar on the run and wanted by police was spotted in a local pub in Oxford.

Jon Michael Lee, 24, is wanted for escape from lawful custody after he was arrested on suspicion of driving offences and burglary.

He was last spotted on CCTV in the Up in Arms Pub in Oxford at around 4.30 pm on Friday, August 22.

The images show him wearing a pair of black Nike trainers, skinny ripped jeans, a grey blazer, a green t-shirt, and a brown hat.

According to police, Lee is described as a white male, around 5ft 11, with short brown hair, brown eyes, a short moustache and a small beard.

He’s quite hard to miss, with a distinctive tattoo of two cherries on his left cheekbone.
