WEST ALLIS, Wis. — Although the schedule has yet to be announced, the Milwaukee Mile stop on the NTT IndyCar Series is expected to land in late August again in 2026, John Yingling, chairman of the State Fair Park board of directors said.

The 2026 race will complete a three-year contract between State Fair Park and IndyCar , which returned in 2024 after a nine-year absence. Negotiations on an extension for 2027 and beyond should begin in September or October, Yingling said before the start of Sunday's Snap-on Milwaukee Mile 250.
