JASPER, Ind. (WEVV) — Indiana State Police have arrested five individuals in connection with a drug investigation in Spencer County, Indiana.

ISP said the investigation began after receiving public complaints and tips about Brian Harrison of Grandview, Indiana, who was on parole for a prior methamphetamine dealing conviction.

On August 13, 2025, Harrison was observed engaging in a suspected drug transaction in Reo, Indiana, within a school zone.

Charles Parker, who was found with suspected methamphetamine, was also arrested.

On August 15, 2025, Ora Murphy was arrested in Warrick County for assisting Harrison. Authorities found 32.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, and a controlled substance.

Robert Payton was arrested on August 19, 2025, for his involvement with Harrison
