Taylor Swift was on board for her boyfriend Travis Kelce and his Kansas City Chiefs teammates’ new ESPN’s docuseries, “The Kingdom.”

The pop superstar “approved all of her image and likeness” use for the six-part series, director Kristen Lappas told reporters on Saturday, according to People . She was also “very supportive” of the project.

Lappas shared that filmmakers did not try to interview Swift for the series, however, in order to keep the focus of the doc on the renowned football franchise.

“Now you see her in the way that I think is how she wanted to be seen, which is as a fan of the community,” Chiefs CMO and Foolish Club Studios COO Lara Krug added.

“The Kingdom” primarily focuses on the Chiefs’ 2024 NFL season but also showcases the history of the football dynasty.
