Taxi drivers are most at risk of their jobs being wiped out by AI bots . Cabbies top a list of roles being taken over by the machines - as major firms like Jaguar trial driverless robot taxis . ‌

The report said autonomous cabs were fast becoming a feature on UK roads - with the shift to bots behind the wheel only likely to grow bigger. It said: “Jaguar, Waymo and Cruise are operating driverless robot taxis in cities from London to Phoenix. ‌

“And robot taxis are already operating elsewhere in the US, China and parts of the UK.” ‌
