A prominent Manhattan luxury real estate agent is facing assault charges after being accused of biting a 7-year-old girl during a scramble for a free T-shirt at a family-friendly beach concert in the Hamptons, Page Six reports.

Gail Bomze, 75, was arrested Tuesday by East Hampton police and charged with third-degree assault and endangering a child following the incident at the “Tuesdays on Main” beach concert series, according to police reports reviewed by the publication.

The incident occurred when an event staffer tossed a T-shirt from a balcony, triggering a chaotic rush, Page Six said.
