Taj Bradley endures tough debut in loss to White Sox

CHICAGO — A day after the Chicago White Sox spoiled rookie Mick Abel’s Twins’ debut, they dealt Taj Bradley the same treatment. Bradley’s first inning as a Twin included four straight singles to begin the game, plus another one later in the first inning, at which point the Twins were already down by three runs.

His second inning didn’t get much better, surrendering four runs, including a long blast to Colson Montgomery, who tagged Abel for a grand slam a day earlier. By the time the first two innings were over, the Twins were down seven runs on their way to a 8-0 loss to the Chicago White Sox on Sunday afternoon at Rate Field.
