A 21-year-old man died at the scene of collision early Saturday morning near 51 st Avenue and Broadway Road.

Preliminary information indicates the vehicle driven by Jesus Soto Haro was heading west on Broadway Road about 3:45 a.m. Aug. 23 when it failed to make the left-hand turn at the “T” intersection at 51 st Avenue, just before it left the road.
