The Broncos began making cuts Sunday with sources saying they have let go of outside linebacker Andrew Farmer and wide receiver Joaquin Davis.

Farmer, a veteran, was at a position in which the Broncos are very deep. Davis joined the Broncos as an undrafted rookie out of North Carolina Central.

The Broncos must be down to the NFL regular-season roster limit of 53 by 2 p.m. Tuesday.
