A few lake effect rain showers will develop Sunday night, mainly across the primary snowbelt.
The start of the workweek will feel and look a lot more like fall than summer! Temperatures will struggle to hit 70 degrees on Monday afternoon.
The cooler air moving over the relatively warm lake will trigger scattered lake effect rain showers Monday through Monday night.
The middle of the workweek will not be much warmer! Highs on Tuesday and Wednesday will still be 10 to 15 degrees below normal for this time of year.
Temperatures could dip into the upper 40s in some spots Tuesday and Wednesday night – a few record low temperatures could be challenged.
