Elks parade continues tradition in downtown Frederick

Around downtown Frederick on Sunday afternoon, there were signs that an event was coming.

Orange traffic cones blocked off some parking spaces along East Patrick Street, while a wooden barrier blocked the entrance to one of the city's parking garages.
