A repeat felon whose botched carjacking sparked a wild chain of events that ended with an NYPD cop being shot by friendly fire was on an unhinged rampage that left multiple people seriously wounded — including an elderly woman whose car the carjacker backed into while wildly trying to flee in a stolen car, legal filings show.

Kevin Dubuisson, 28, was arraigned Sunday on multiple assault charges, including assaulting a police officer, as well as multiple counts of robbery and menacing. In addition to a plain-clothed cop and an Uber driver — who he allegedly beat with a tire iron before stealing his black Toyota Highlander — Dubuisson seriously wounded an 87-year-old woman and her daughter when he backed into a car as they were getting out, knocking them to the ground, prosecutors said.
