Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders has touted Arkansas' reputation as a leader in "kicking Communist China off our farmland and out of our state" since pushing for a slate of legislation aimed at China earlier this year. Adding to the comprehensive range of laws passed during this year's legislative session is Act 351, aimed at the relationship between certain kinds of foreign-owned agricultural firms and the state's colleges and universities.
