A serious multi-vehicle collision in Halfmoon Bay at the intersection of the Sunshine Coast Highway and Redrooffs Road has closed the highway in both directions on Sunday evening.

The crash happened around 5 p.m. and there are no detours in place. Drivers should expect serious delays.
