ENFIELD, Conn. (WTNH) -- One person is seriously injured following a motorcycle crash in Enfield Sunday evening, officials said.

Officers say the crash happened at the intersection of Abbe Road and Broad Brook Road.

The motorcycle operator was taken to a local hospital for treatment of their serious injuries.

The area will be closed as officials investigate the crash.
