HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC) - A charred wood frame. Melting green siding. A crushed window AC unit. Splinters of glass and wood. Toys burnt and grey from the flames and smoke.
A week later, it isn't any easier to look at what remains at 15 Shultas Place, where four family members were killed in a fire in the early hours of last Monday morning.

“Everybody’s still devastated right now and trying to make sense of what happened," Rev. Henry Brown, Mother United Against Violence co-founder and lead crisis manager, said. “They have to go through this thing everyday. When they pass by the house, all they see is a remembrance and that their loved one lived there, and that their loved one has perished.”
