OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WLOX) - A piece of Graceland is brought back in the reprint of Donna Presley and her mother’s book.
Presley stopped by the Gulf Hills Hotel and Resort, sharing memories of Elvis with fans and carrying on his legacy.
Co-author of “One Flower While I Live: Elvis As I Remember Him” and Elvis’ cousin Donna Presley says, “He was sitting on the porch of that little shack that he was born in and he said ‘One of these days Aunt Nash, I’m gonna get my mom and dad a big house and lots of cars’ and we all that came true but he also did it for means of other people as well.”
It’s memories like that that are featured in the reprint of the book.
The book was originally written in 1987 by Donna Presley’s mother, Nash Lorene Pritchett, Elvis’ aunt.
