The entrepreneur co-founded and leads Pasta Evangelists - a fresh pasta brand that initially launched as postal meal kits.

After his television appearance, Alessandro's venture is poised to launch 100 new eateries nationwide over the coming years, spanning the Midlands, Scotland and southern England.
