Pizza Hut has become a popular go-to, especially for families. For locals and visitors alike, there are many branches based in Glasgow to choose from. ‌

However, one has officially closed its doors for good, with the pizza chain shuttering its flagship branch that was located on Argyle Street, with the last day of trade being Saturday, August 23. ‌

Shoppers were alerted to the closure with a notice that was placed on the restaurant's window that had been signed off by the Argyle Street team. ‌

It read: "We appreciate your custom over the years. Thank you, Glasgow ."

The move means that there are now just two branches left in Glasgow, with one being based in Braehead Shopping Centre, and the other at The Fort.
