ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- A Greene County man faces up to 30 years in prison after admitting to child sexual exploitation charges on Friday. Stephen Wendell Lutes, 32, pleaded guilty to multiple charges, according to the United States Attorney’s Office, Northern District of New York.

Officials said Lutes admitted to sexually abusing a child from the time she was about five years old until she was about eight years old. He also admitted to making video recordings of the abuse, as well as creating a video of that child and another child, of the same age, naked in a bathtub.
