CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland Police are investigating after a baby girl was found dead on a driveway on the city’s West side.

According to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner, the baby was located in the 2200 block of W. 73rd St. on Aug. 23.

This is in the city’s West Boulevard neighborhood.

The medical examiner said the exact age of the baby and the cause of death is not yet known.
