OVERLAND PARK, Kan. —

Overland Park and Leawood Fire departments are investigating a house fire at 154th and Robinson.

Fire officials say shortly before 4 p.m., firefighters were called to a two-story home that was showing smoke. Advertisement

Everyone inside the home got out safely.

It took fire crews about 10 minutes to bring the fire under control.

A person who lives there says smoke alarms helped them escape in time.

Fire crews say one adult and three children will be displaced by the fire and will stay with friends.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
