The Powerball jackpot has grown to $700 million after no ticket matched all six numbers in Wednesday night’s drawing.

Here are Wednesday’s winning numbers: 31, 59, 62, 65, 68, 5. THE POWERPLAY WAS 2X.

There were notable second-tier winners, including a $2 million prize in Tennessee (Match 5 + Power Play) and $1 million winners in Michigan and Oklahoma (Match 5).

The $700 million jackpot is for an annuity option, paid over 30 years. Winners almost always opt for cash prizes, which for Powerball would be $316.3 million cash.

The prize is subject to taxes, which includes an automatic withholding tax of 24% levied against the winnings, and another 13% in federal taxes when you file your 2025 return.
