Long-promised housing connected with the new Centreville Bank Stadium could open by October 2028, the developer of a proposed six-story building across the Seekonk River from the professional soccer venue told the city.

The 72-unit apartment building is being planned by Philadelphia-based multifamily housing developer Pennrose for a wooded site on School Street perched above the east bank of the river.
